Having had our unit here for over 3 years now, we could not be more pleased with the service, the facility & the fair price we receive! This is a locally owned business who communicates promptly & always respectfully, & did not charge us to cut a lock when our key was lost. You deal with a local staff who is aware of your unit, not a remote staff. We were given a fee waiver for some rental months during the pandemic. The unit and surrounding space is consistently clean, and any issues are always promptly & professionally addressed (such as an outage during a storm). For our work & personal storage, we feel comfortable keeping our business with this company. It's in a great location and the traffic is minimal, while we have easy access to the facility.
With many options out there, we highly recommend Tucker Road Self Storage.
