The manager, Lori, is very helpful and nice. She responds to calls promptly and attends to issues efficiently. Last summer I asked her to tie down my boat cover and block my trailer (I’d forgotten to do this before leaving town for the summer), and she had staff attend to it. And significantly, did so without charging me for the services. I’d also recommend Thrifty for it’s reasonable pricing.
Staff is nice. I park a truck in outside storage. The people that park near me are nice and friendly. Very happy with the services that are provided.
Thrifty Storage is a safe, reasonable place to store my small RV. The staff are friendly and helpful. I always feel that my RV is safe and secure there. The storage lot is kept neat and clean.
