Losing everything in a hurricane is never fun! Darcel, at Harbor Safe Storage, was extremely accommodating & compassionate. She went above and beyond. Not only meeting me at the facility when I needed to add another unit last minute, she took the time to make sure I was able to see different units to get the best size fit my needs. I then somehow lost my lock key for my lock and Darcel took control for me, finding assistance with getting the lock cut. The grounds are clean and monitored. Highly recommend.
